On *th Oct’**, my wife visited Zudio, where a salesperson gave her a coupon and took her mobile number. On *th Oct’**, I received a call saying I was a lucky winner of two movie tickets and a *-day, *-night holiday voucher, completely free of cost. Initially, I was interested but later declined and blocked the salesperson’s number. Soon after, I received a text stating that my colleague had requested me to come since the salesperson had issued the gift under her own ID, which could affect her performance. To confirm, I asked the salesperson whether I had to pay any amount. He assured me that it was completely free as part of a brand promotion. He also mentioned that a dinner was arranged for me and my wife.We (my wife, daughter, and I) visited the location provided — HRJ Sarovar Portico, Indore. On arrival, a person gave us a form to fill in our details. After that, another salesperson named Wasim approached us and started talking about vacations. He then introduced us to FCH (Future Choice Hospitality). Later, Sonu Mishra, another salesperson, met us and explained the company’s background. He mentioned that instead of spending on advertisements, they promote through public interactions and offer free gifts.
At this stage, no one informed us about any charges. Then they started explaining the FCH plans. First, they pitched a ₹**,*** plan, which we refused. Then, they offered a ₹**,*** plan. My wife was slightly convinced since we had never gone on a trip together before. The salesperson told us it was a *-year plan and assured us that we could pay in EMIs with *% interest if we didn’t want to pay upfront. They informed me that we needed to pay ₹*,*** upfront, and the remaining amount could be paid in installments of ₹*,*** each.
We asked twice to confirm if there were any additional charges, and they assured us that this was the final amount. They also mentioned that for hotel stays and breakfast, we wouldn’t have to pay anything extra — only travel expenses would be ours. They added that if we booked flights through them, we would receive a **% discount. We were convinced and agreed to proceed. The salesperson further said that if we took the membership in my wife’s name, we would get an extra * days, making it ** days in total over * years. I then paid ₹*,*** via UPI and asked to pay the remaining amount in installments. The salesperson took my credit card, which had a limit of ₹**,***, and charged ₹**,***. After that, he said I needed to pay ₹*,*** more, but he would give us an additional ₹*,*** discount as part of the FCH promotion.After that, they invited us for dinner. While we were having dinner, they prepared the documents.
Once we finished, they asked us to wait for five minutes. Since my daughter was feeling sleepy, we collected the documents in a hurry. They took a photo of us in front of the FCH banner, and then we left for home. The salesperson (Wasim) told me that I would receive a confirmation call within ** hours. However, after ** hours, I didn’t get any call, so I contacted him. He assured me that I would get the call the next day. The next day, I received a call from a lady who verified my details. After verification, she informed me that to make a booking, I would need to pay an additional ₹**,***.
I was shocked — after already paying ₹**,***, I was again being asked to pay more. This meant that for a *-night, *-day stay, I would end up paying around ₹**,*** just for hotels — approximately ₹*,*** per night.
I realized there was no real benefit in this membership. It was completely fraudulent, and therefore, I want my money refunded immediately.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
