Dear Team VoxyA,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the seller/company regarding a highly distressing experience related to my recent order placed on **th September **** (Order No. L*****). Despite several follow-ups via email and telephone, the product has not been delivered even after more than three weeks, which is both unacceptable and a breach of the company’s contractual obligations.

To add to the inconvenience, during one of the supposed delivery attempts, the delivery personnel behaved in an abusive and offensive manner, using inappropriate and unparliamentary language directed at my husband. This incident was not only shocking but also raises serious concerns about the professionalism and training standards of the company’s delivery partners.

This situation has resulted in considerable mental distress and inconvenience, constituting a clear case of deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

My Demands:

Immediate investigation into the non-delivery of Order No. L***** and delivery of the product to the correct address within * working days.

A written formal apology from the company for the misconduct and abusive behaviour of the delivery personnel.

Details of the disciplinary action taken against the delivery staff involved, and clarification on the steps being implemented to prevent such incidents in the future.

If delivery is not made within the stipulated time, I seek a full refund, including interest as per applicable consumer laws, and monetary compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.

Final Notice:

Please note that if this matter is not resolved within * working days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and pursue legal remedies. I also reserve the right to highlight this incident publicly through consumer forums and social media platforms.

I request VoxyA to kindly take up this matter on priority and help facilitate a swift and fair resolution.
