Luvlap - Defective product delivered on second replacement as well

Ordered a double breast pump from home website of Luvlap which did not work on arrival and on complaining they replaced me with the connector and power supply which did not work as well on replacement. On asking for refund they totally denied the fact that it’s working on the second replacement and asked to go for single breast pump which is of lesser value. The customer service team sucks and no follow up and after constant nagging they are still not ready to refund the money claiming hygiene product are non returnable. When the product has not been used not even for once how can you claim on sanitation and hygiene
