Luvlap - Cancellation of order
Mehulbhai Zinzariya filed complaint against Luvlap on Mar 13, 2024
Ordered elegant baby carrier and silicone baby feeding spoon from Luvlap site on **/**/**** **:**.
I got discount of ₹** so I cancelled my order with ** mins on **/**/**** **:**
Sent mail with cancellation reason. Then after sent several reminders and trail mail for refund of my money.
Called customer care number but they have no idea of my order ID L*****.
They replied with it's information is not having us. Dispatched department have it.
So I request her to connect with dispatched department. But she's giving just fake promises of refund on this day that day.
Not received even a single reply from Luvlap.
Really exhausted with such customer service of Luvlap.
