Sakshi Iyangar filed complaint against Spicejet Air Line on Aug 15, 2022
Good Evening sir,
This is Sakshi Iyangar, I have recently travelled from CCU-DEL on **/**/**, PNR no.- HK*CQB flight, I have not yet received my luggage even though it was promised by spice jet staff that I would be receiving my luggage the following day by another connecting flight, no baggage tag or information has been provided even after asking numerous time regarding my luggage. I have visited Delhi airport more than * times and no initiative has been taken from the staff and they have just been telling me to wait and I have also sent a mail and contacted customer support as well but I've received no response from spice jet. It has been over ** hours and I still have not received my luggage. I need it, it's important. I have been continuously visiting delhi airport and had my mom visit Kolkata airport as well but spicejet is not informing any details, all they are saying is they have sent the luggage to delhi, but no information has been provided for my luggage. And the staff at Delhi airport are just telling me to wait and said that they will contact me when they receive the baggage, but I have not received any messages or calls from their end. I even asked for baggage tag or tracking no. But all my pleas were ignored. This is very urgent and a matter that has just been ignored by the staff. I request that my luggage be provided to me with immediate effect.
I am hereby attaching a picture of my bag and my boarding pass along with the sequence number, and the emails I've sent to spicejet regarding my luggage but no response has been received,for reference, I hope I do get a response from your end. This is a request.
