Deepak Kumar filed complaint against Air India on Mar 3, 2020
On **st February I was travelling to Visakhapatnam from New Delhi. Initially the AI flight departure time was **** hours, later they delayed it and the flight was supposed to departure at **** hours. I reached AI counter at **** hours, they said you are late and we can allow you only without luggage, if you wish, I requested them a lot but they were not convinced. I had no options in hand and accepted it as had to attend an urgent meeting in Vizag, so had to left my **Kg precious luggage behind with my friend. Later, when I reached the Gate **A, I came to know that the flight will depart at **** hours not **** hrs as it was delayed again. Now, my question is that if the flight was delayed twice from your side and you knew that I had enough time so why AI persons forced me to left my luggage behind ?? I want to register a formal complaint against AI as they behaved irresponsibly and forced me to left my bagged behind because of that I had to suffer a lot. I requested the ground staff as well as wrote mails to them to send my luggage to my destination as I have paid for it, but no action is taken and I am still awaiting the response from their side. Because that luggage was precious so I had to brought it through courier which cost me around Rs.****/-. Now I demand for the compensation.
