Air India persons has lost my luggage which I was suppose to get at Mumbai airport but as per their info my luggage has not dispacted from Madurai airport ans since * days I am following with but no response only * they are tracing that's it. even their staff peoples and manager Mr. Girish Bide (Mumbai Airport) has no sense of how to talk, so arrogantly this people talk and with lot of attitude.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
