Jet Airways India - Luggage missing

Dear Sir/Mam,

My mother Mrs Kamlesh Ghiya was travelling from Mumbai to Indore through flight no. *W-**** on **.**.****.

She is a senior citizen and has high sugar & blood pressure problem.

She was unnecessarily stopped & harassed by the Jet airways staff at the Bombay airport saying that she is carrying a power bank in her luggage. All she was carrying was a phone charger on OnePlus * mobile phone. She refused several times stating that she is not carrying any power bank, but the staff didn't listen to her & forced her to fill a form, of which she didn't have any knowledge.

Then, she was asked not board the flight by your ground staff stating "we have overbooked this flight, so you please step aside, let others go".
Later on she was allowed to board the flight.
Kindly note that two seats next to her were completely vacant during the flight.
May I ask that why was she being stopped from boarding the flight in spite of having a boarding pass???
This was absolutely unethical.

On reaching Indore, she spent * hours at Indore airport searching and finding for her luggage. Later she had to file a complaint regarding her missing luggage.

She had all her important medicines in her suitcase which she was unable to take because you.
She also had very important set of documents for the meeting which she was going to attend in Indore.

Is this how you staff treats a senior citizen and that too a lady???
In spite of her refusing several times of not carrying a power bank you harassed her & forced her to fill a form and later misplaced her luggage.

I shall record a complete movie upon receiving the said suitcase, showing that there was no power bank in the suitcase and there after I shall go on to consumer court for the harassment of my mother & loss of her health.

An extremely unsatisfied & annoyed customer.
