Taj saif filed complaint against Air India on Aug 31, 2019
We travelled from Saudi Arabia on *th July through Air India AI *** from Jeddah and reached Hyderabad on *th July. After arriving we found that our ** baggage were missing. This has caused lot of inconvenience to us. Medicines, clothes and other useful things were with our baggage. We recieved our baggage on **th July, from that we found one of the suitcases was damaged. Find attached the pics of that baggage. I request you to compensate the loss of the damaged baggage and also wardrobe compensation for all of our * tickets.
