I have taken * yr plan from Hathway which assured me unlimited quota for downloads for ** Mbps speeds. However, upload speeds are abysmal (less than *.* Mbps at times and never more than * Mbps). For office work, upload speeds are really important. I have seen *.* Mbps upload speeds on this network as well which is unheard of. This is affecting my work.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
