Henry harvin Education - Low education standard communication no response

This is Jyoti Rani who enrolled in the PG program instructional designing provided by Henry Harvin on **rd July **** (Reg ID: #HHL*****)

I would like to request a refund of the full fee paid to you in the amount of ***** INR.

There are multiple reasons why I don't want to continue with Henry Harvin and the reasons are listed below:

*. The joining process wasn't smooth and the company standards weren't as promised, I had to follow up multiple times to get my name changed in the database which was incorrectly mentioned by the learning consultant.

*. I wasn't aligned to the correct batch since I had mentioned to the team before admission that I wanted a weekday batch starting from this month only, however, the team informed me after the admission that the PG instructional design batch isn't available for this month and the first class is going to be held on **th Aug (they fake promised it).

*. After all of the above concerns, I attended the *st class today at *:** PM by tutor Jagannath for soft skills which is a complimentary session part of this course. I had a pathetic experience when the trainer only fake accent but his English skills were unacceptable so he might be good for freshers but for experienced people, it is frustrating to be part of this session where I couldn't even hear the trainer due to his bad network and audio beep.

*. Instructional designing is all about interactivity and your Zoom sessions only have the option to chat and the learner can't even unmute to introduce, introduction on chat & wasting about ** minutes was something new for me & way more frustrating than your joining process.

*. I had written on LinkedIn by tagging the CEO & brand itself, however, they don't seem to be checking their accounts and don't bother about anyone's experience.I had even written on support but there wasn't any response which means the company isn't taking any accountability after admission.

As a working experience for more than ** years, I have high expectations from the learning institute I learn from, and the experience I had with technology and processes, is unacceptable. I will provide evidence of my struggle with HH also refer the recording of today's session and let me know if anyone could understand the trainer, even half of what he was saying.
Henry Harvin only chases people to make payments and after that, there are no responses from anyone. even the contact numbers they provide on LMS are invalid which means the person has no way to communicate to anyone.
