MARUT NANDAN filed complaint against Travolook on Jan 5, 2021
My name is Marut Nandan. I have booked flight ticket on Travolook website on **th October,****. They charged me Rs **** for this. But they cancelled my booking saying that the booking was cancelled due to technical reasons and I will get refund within ** days. But they did not refund my amount . I have tried many times contacting them but they told me that you will get your money everytime but they did not return it.
Flight information: It was a connecting flight.it was from patna to new delhi and later new delhi to mumbai. The booking reference no. Is REF *********
