Booked parcel through Porter on *th Feb.
Product picked up on **th Feb.
*-* Days promised while booking the
parcel. After **-** Days asked them to cancel the parcel. Later on received mail stating Product is untraceable/missing.
I was asked to share the invoice. I have shared the original invoice and the product value was Rs.****
Today On **th Feb, they're stating can only provide Rs.**** refund as the invoice is old.
I would like to raise a formal complaint and also there is no such stuff exist like Old invoice or new invoice. GST number and everything was mentioned on the invoice for reference.
