Respected Sir/Madam,
It's been * days since my item was given to a professional courier Delhi outlet with CONSIGNMENT NO PRO******** for sending to Howrah, West Bengal but still there is no update of my parcel. It's still showing "Dispatched to Delhi" on tracking site since **th September, on calling the customer care executive they said their hub made some mistake and now it can't be tracked anymore. Is it my fault they made mistake? How can a big courier service make such mistake. This is literally harassment of consumer; I want my item to be delivered asap or else I have to go court.
