Pradeeba filed complaint against OYO on Mar 15, 2020
This complaint is regarding our stay in NIRMALA PALACE HOTEL, KOLKATA on March** and **, **** booked through OYO.
We had our belongings left in the hotel room and went out on work and we asked them to clean the room. After our return we found that our belongings were missing. Upon questioning the receptionist we got the response stating that they thrown it in dustbin and there was not even a sign of apology from them. We asked them to check for it where they have thrown it but they didn't care to check it and never gave us any further response. And for our further questions, there was no response from them.
Breakfast which is said complimentary wasn't provided, towel wasn't changed, heater and tv weren't working. None of these things were taken care of even after complaint. When we questioned these their response was very rude towards us.
Its the carelessness of the service persons in the hotel that we lost our belonging and they don't even mind apologizing to us instead their behavior was rude.
We need the hotel owner to pay for our loss and for being so much rude and careless about our loss.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
