We hired Nobroker for managing our property.
The tenant at our property vacated * months ago and we are still waiting for Nobroker to close out the lease as per the agreement and return the keys to us. We have sent multiple emails for which we didn't receive any response, and
made numerous calls where nobody is even picking.
Another disturbing issue is that we received Electricity bill showing electricity consumption after the tenant vacated. It indicates that someone (possibly from Nobroker) has been utilizing that property without authorization. At this point, we are left with no choice but to hold Nobroker responsible for the * months of rent loss and the electricity charges.
We require resolution:
*. Return of house keys
*. Close the pending deposit with the tenant
*. Compensation for loss of rent
*. Compensation for the time and hardship
