Coindcx - Coindcx Issue in Transction

Hi Team,

Due to an issue from coindcx i was not able to sell my crypto coin "Based Chinese pepe".

I tried to get customer support but they just raised the incident and they did not help. Due to this, the price of coins has been changed.

I am at a loss of more than ** lac (*.*M). I was trying to sell coins at *.**.
I was trying to do this transaction from *.** AM to **.** AM.
It did not work. Now the current price has come down to * rs.

Please help to resolve the issue and let me know how we are going to proceed for this loss?
