Indigo Airlines - loss of baggage

Resp Mam/Sir,
I undersigned Chandigarh airport was travelling from Chandigarh to Delhi on **th July by Indigo flight no.*E ***, PNR N*WQRB.
We group of * people checked in all our ** bags.After reaching Delhi airport i could not find * bag so i contacted Indigo staff Ms Sahiba standing there. She called up all in Delhi airport but it was not getting there. she called up Chandigarh airport where her colleague of Indigo Soniya confirmed that she had our bag and she will send it to our destination by next flight.But at vain She did not even give it in lost and found department. their is no entry in that register. we had medicines, tea packs,spices, dryfruits worth Rs **,*** in the Red Jute cloth shopping bag.

now Indigo is not accepting it as their responsibility.they are denying it was with them as their counter staff had not put tag on it.they are aware of it ..as they ll have to compensate me they dont want it to be as check in bag .they are blaming me that it was not a cabin luggage.sir kindly look into d matter as it was major flaw security wise.as tagless bags are danger to passengers and airport.
