Hi, I want to start from the scratch. In ****, I've raised my initial complaint that I'm not able to use the services (Internet & Voice calling). They have promised me that it will be taken care. Months passed, nothing has changed not even a single inch my complaint was moved. I had to incur many challenges, inconveniences personally and work related. I was almost about to loose my job (which is my bread and butter). Many a times, I had missed my office cabs (due to this great services provider) and I had to spend money from my pocket and use other means of transportation to reach office. Not only this, my family has two more post-paid connection which were facing the same issues. I've reiterated this to all the people that I spoke to on the call. Again months passed, no improvement. I had to chase down myself taking out time from my schedule and to my suprise, I got to know that all complaints were marked as "Fixed". When I asked why, it was marked as Fixed/Resolved, they said we have made necessary changes and there are no issues on our end.
Bloody, when there is no issues, why the heck would I spend hours together speaking on the phone with different set of people. I spoke to the supervisors and their managers countless number of times. One says, they are sending a person who will install a signal booster, one say they are installing a new tower in my locality and it will be fixed in couple of months. When I asked to share the location where they are installing tower, they hesitated and by saying the same word "TOWER" they dragged this matter for another year - year and half. Nothing has changed, everytime I call, they say the same story on a repeat mode and try to pacify me by offering a late payment fee waiver or a *** rupee discount on outstanding bill.
They try to teach us the reason why my services are not working. I know its not working because i haven't paid the bill, when a customer is not availing the services they paid for, why would they even pay for it. It's YOU who have literally failed to provide the said services to the customer and in return you call up every now and then and remind customer to pay their bill. They may check records and my usage every month. I barely used my Internet pack and my outgoing and incoming calls are very minimal and the average time per call is in seconds. Per your ad, your services should be very well accessible on top of himalayas, North eastern parts and what not...every nook and corner. What about my case then? I stay in a metro city and a well known locality, I don't get proper network. Your ADS are misleading the crowd. Better change your tag line to India's slowest network provider or fix everything and live to the said Tag line.
All these years, I have had many troubles chasing down these people, checking on my complaint status. They don't even bother to reach my location or call me on the number. I have infact reached out to their Social media team as well. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
I'm willing not to pay the bill as I would like to hear from the company higher level why you guys have cheated me by saying cock and bull stories or rather offer me something which could compensate all the troubles and inconveniences that I've gone through all this while.
