I had send a parcel of * Bundles from Panipat to Eranakulam on **nd from Panipat.untill *th of July not yet received.last Thursday I had get message From VRL Eranakulam market road branch your parcel has been reached come and collect.when I went to the branch they said only * bundle came.they were blaming each other like panipat to selam they send,selam to banglore they send. Saturday iam called again to VRL they promised Monday sure you will receive.today * -*-**** I called again they said only * bundle has been reached today agin * bundle not caime. Due to this issue our order has been cancell and I get loss my client.
