VRL Logistic (V R L) - Amount has debited to vrl travel but seat is not booked

I booked ticket in VRL travel through VRL travels app. from Bangalore to Belgaum of rupees ***. But seat is not booked even though amount has detected from my account. I didn't receive any confirmation message, call or mail.
