Bajaj Finance - LOAN AMOUNT PAID NOT UPDATED IN ACCOUNT

I am Manikumar and i have paid * lacs against my loan dues that to pledging my gold. i was in bad condition as I lost job due to covid and not working.But the bajaj collection team tortured me to pay the outstanding and they visited my house without intimation.Now after paying * Lacs, it is not updated in my loan account.I have sent *~* mails,made calls to bajaj team ,informed the executive and collection managers who called me, but no one bothered till date. now they ask me the entire outstanding of *.*L instead of reduce *L from principal amount. They calling me and telling to pay full outstanding. Even they have calculate interest and penalties for entire amount shown as out standing.
Bajaj finance is very poor, they only call you for collection but dont update the system. Each time difference collection person calls and i have repeat same story. In experia it is shown as amount received but in Main loan accout it is not considered.
