*Subject: Urgent Complaint - Daily Night Power Cut for * Week Without Notice*

Sir,
For the past * week, the light is being cut every night at exactly ** AM without any prior notice or permission. All my bills/payments are complete.

Because there is no light in the whole area, it has become very difficult to survive due to the high temperature and heat. I have been calling the Adani helpline for * week, but every time they just say “it will be fixed now” and then do nothing. They are not focusing on my complaint at all.

Please do something, sir. We all work hard in the heat during the day and need proper light at night to sleep, but they are not providing it. They have made a fixed timing - they cut the light at ** AM or after ** AM every night and restore it only in the morning. It is very difficult to sleep the whole night without lights. I have not been able to sleep properly for the last * days, sir.

Please take action on this immediately.
