Country Vacations - life membership from country vacations - cheating

i am a doctor working in a not-for-profit organization in hyderabad. in may ****, I received a call informing me that I have won a contest and that I should come to amrutha castle to collect the same. when my family and I went there (on the **st of may ****) , there were many other families. we were told that as a part of the winning the contest, I would receive a gift voucher (for staying in country club twice), a dinner set and an opportunity to buy a life membership. but for that we had to attend a session to learn about one of their offerings - a life membership for country club. the offer that day was that if I buy the life membership i would also be given a "***** plot outside hyderabad in the same amount". to get the offer, i was told that i had to make the payment immediately, even before going out. after an hour of them trying to convince me, i agreed to buy the life membership for an amount of rupees *,**,***/- that included the ***** plot. The convincing (sales) was done by one mr. nusrath ullah (mobile number **********; **********). mr. nusrath informed me that i did not have to make any payment after the first and only payment of rupees *,**,***. i asked him multiple times if there is any other payment that i have to make. he said that I had to make a payment of rupees *,*** as maintenance of property or usage fee, every year henceforth, and nothing else beyond that. and that after paying the rupees *,**,*** once, i can become a life member of country club and also own a ***** plot. then they gave me and my wife the "country club sale agreement (application ****)" and requested us to sign it. the document had to be signed immediately. in the document many blanks were there that had to be filled by them. mr. nusrath said that exactly what was told to me, would be written on the document. he asked me for my pan card and aadhar card which i promised to hand over to them the next day. i made the payment trusting the company - country vacations - and made the payment and signed the document. mr. nusrath informed me that they would send me all the documents and that the entire transaction has been taken care off. i trusted him and the organization and left with a copy of the brochure. over the next * weeks, i did not receive anything from them. i was scared and hence, called mr. nusrath multiple times. he did not respond at all. i then went to country vacations head office in begumpet. i met one mr. irshad at their office (mobile number ***********). i was told by him that all documents would be delivered to me by mail. in mid july we received a set of documents seeing which we were completely shocked. through the documents i was informed that i had paid rupees *,**,***/- towards a plot in sailabhoomi venture through country club hospitality & holidays limited. and that I had to make an additional payment of rupees **,*** for the plot, within ** days. i was also informed that I had paid rupees **,*** only towards the life membership of country club and that to get the membership I had to pay another **,***/- rupees.

when i went to their office, i was told that i should henceforth only call their customer care. when i called, i was told to pay up the full amount (**,*** + **,*** = rupees **,***) and that until i pay this amount, i will neither get the membership nor the plot. i have called them multiple times. i have also called both nusrath and irshad; they have just stopped responding to my calls.
this has been a harrowing experience to me and my family. we have been cheated. i work for an ngo. every penny is important to me and my family. as a family we had this dream of having a vacation membership. but this experience has left us scarred for life. i just want my money back.
