Sanka Prasanth Kumar filed complaint against Swiggy on May 6, 2019
Swiggy said they give me a replacement for my order and after some time I get back to them and ask for my replacement which they offer me ** mins back. After contacting them they said they are not going to give me my replacement and also said: " we never said and promised you for the replacement".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
