I purchased LG tv on **/**/**** from the Bhatia store . Now it has occurred display problem so I requested to lg care to solve the problem but they denied to repair and said it’s physically damaged by you ,but I have not done any physical damage to my TV. Service centre called me to pay service charges *****-***** thousand despite product has warranty. I told them to provide me any evidence or letter how it happened I want to know but they are not responding..
