Shyam (Swamy Dasari) filed complaint against LG Electronics on Dec 2, 2021
I was Bought October **/**/**** LG LED TV **SM**** last year.
Reliance Digital in Panjagutta, Hyderabad.
** days later there was a problem with the TV, I am attaching the photos related to it. There is a visible flare/spot/shade on the sides of the TV. This defect is usually visible when looking at dark scenes in the TV.
I have complained to the LG TV company many times since October to this day.
An LG TV technician came and checked after he says it looks like this only TV model and says that you bought a FAILURE MODEL TV. Unnecessary you buy this model. why you did not buy OLED. LG LED TV **SM**** LG has already stopped this model product, we can not do anything. We cannot replace your TV.
LG TV (Punjagutta Area Manager his Name is Mr. Ranganathan Amanathan, Kishore, Srinivas, RM Alok) technician advised that if you turn on the TV open the windows curtain then you will not see this problem. He Speaks very rudely and has negligent behavior with the customer.
one day I called him personally, he said I was worked in the Military, you can't touch my single hair. you can complaint how many times you want, we cannot respond to your complaint.
from ** months over still I am fighting, even Hyderabad RM (i think) Alok Iyer sir is also not support to me. after a few days, he cannot respond to my problem.Every time I complain about a problem they cancel my complaint without my permission, without solving my problem.
Because the LG staff has been torturing me for not solving my problem for ** months.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
