Sir,
I wanted to purchase a refrigrator in may **** and for the purchase of same i have visited Sahu agency showroom in sitapur road on **.**.**** . The sales representative there told me about an offer in Lg refeigrators, he told that if i prebook on the Lg website i will get a promo code and if later on i purchase the refrigrator from Lg brand i will get the coupon worth Rs ****. I have filled the online form i had purchased Lg refeigrator of Rs *****.
For claiming the offer i have called on toll free number several times but i got no response that due to codvid-** pendamic as company was running with limited resources and the call could not be connected.
Finally on **.**.** i was able to call Lg and i was told the i will get a sms in response of which i will share my promo codr and upload my invoice and after some days i will get call or sms for coupon the rep told that i will get the link through sms in next ** days for the same. On **.**.**** my family member have called again Lg rep conform that i will not be left out and surely get benefit of offer will be receiving sms in next * days today is **.**.**** i have still not received sms from Lg. It is like Lg have never refused to give the copon but at the same time it also not providing it.
I have been calling several times but was not able to connect to customer care.
I feel Covid-** should not be used as an excuse for not fullfilling Lg postpurchase commitment also the prcocesssue for caliming the coupon is also very complicated.
This type of response was not axpected from brand like Lg.
