Fridge delivered in Dec **th, ****. Because of unavailability we unpacked fridge on Jan **, ****. It was good and after ** days of use it started heating ,I called to customer care and they sent technician. The guy said the compressor is gone they has to repair it. Within a month refrigerator started giving problem. Why should I go for repair process or a faulty machine. I asked for replacement or refund. Even after ** days also I didnt get response from LG regarding my issue. they gave me multiple numbers of manager, supervisor, area manager. I contacted them but they all said that the replacement period of * days is over.
