I HAVE PURCHASED A LG FRIDGE DOUBLE DOOR MODEL FROM SONOVISION ON **-**-**** WITH TAX INVOICE NUMBER GWK* **** FOR Rs ***** and USING BUT FROM THE I BROUGHT II AM GETTING REGULAR COMPLAINT LIKE HEAVY NOICE FROM THE FRIDGE NOT COOLING PROPERLY . THESE TYPE OF COMPLAINTS REPEATEDLY EVEN AFTER THE COMPANY SERVICE PERSONS VISIT AND IN FROM LAST SIX MONTHS THE COMPLAINT HAPPENING REPEATEDLY AND IN THE LAST SERVICE THEY HAVE CHANGED THE COMPRESSOR OF THE FRIDGE IN WARRANTY WITHOUT CHARGING ANY MONEY BUT AGAIN THE PROBLEM REMAINS SAME AND WE HAVE REPEATEDLY MAKING COMPLAINTS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND RECENTLY ONE WEEK BACK AGAIN THE SERVICE PERSON CAME AND TOLD THAT THE PCB BOARD AND COMPRESSOR ARE TO BE REPLACED THIS TIME. HE SAID THE COMPRESSOR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY BUT FOR THE PCB BOARD WE HAVE TO PAY RS ***** (TEN THOUSAND) OR WE HAVE TO TAKE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH IS ***** RUPEES AND THEN THEY CAN REPLACE THE PARTS WHATEVER GOT REPAIRED. AND WE HAVE PAID ***** RUPPESES. BUT ACTUALLY ALL THESE PROCESS AND BACUSE OF CONTINUOUS REPAIRS WE ARE GETTING VERY MUCH DISTURBANCE AND EVEN THE PRODUCT WE GOT IS HAVE MANUFACTURING DEFFECT . HENCE WE ARE REQUESTING YOU TO GET OUR PRODUCT REPLACED. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
