I have purchased LG water purifier in Sep **** and was promised to provide three free services. First service was done and then nation wide lock down happened. So second service was delayed and it happened in Aug ****. In sep ****, one year is completed, when I called LG customer care to provide three free service- they are saying they can’t provide as warranty is collapsed. How this can be? If any such situation happens where customer has no control nor customer fault then why the free service is denied? Now the faulty water purifier piece stopped working in an year which I have purchased by spending **k bugs. I need resolution on this asap. Either the company has to provide free service or refund my amount completely.
