I had gone to sector * Faridabad LAL PATH LAB to enquire about rates of some very costly tests but their attitude was like
Give a dam about business coming to lab.
My tests were costing me *****/- .
There are very many labs are there now to get our tests done.
Please advise your staff to work smartly and efficiently.
One of the sample collector was sleeping in reception area.
