Lal path lab - After getting samples i didn t get any visitors id neither by mail or sms

I went for plate cout check. Lal path collected the sample and said that you will get report by late evening, however after sample collection i didn't received any visited from lal neither on sms Or email. When I asked they said there is sever issue. Basically it was the cross verify. In two other labs it was similar approx ***** but in lal it shows *lakh ** thousand
This is suspicious.
