It is made clear to you that On the banner of Lal path a camp was organised at SigmaIV Greater Noida at central park . I gave the blood sample for a test of HbA*c dated **-**-**** at ****hrs.. I deposited Rs ***/- from my Paytm Wallet to Mr Subodh Kumar vide order ID ****************** and wallet ref: **********. On the day it was the banner of Lal path on discount rate these tests were being carried out . But I am surprise to see that the gentleman who took my sample had deposited to Lal path only Rs.**/- and rest money he had swollen and consequent upon he had given the test report of HB only which I didn't asked . Therefore on the banner of Lal Path such cheating is going on. I am not worry about money that Rs*** /- is cheated I am worry about the reputation of such big brand where certain employees / channel partners are malign the reputations of Lal Path .
