On **th oct **** around * PM, I had ordered chicken curry through Swiggy by take away Curry and Kabab, Sodala, Jaipur. They had given me quarter chicken in place of half chicken. I am eating from that take away from last * years and I know their box sizes. They had intentionally given me * small pieces chicken in quarter size box in place of the half-size box. I had talked to the customer service but they only gave me ** rupees cashback coupon for next order. I said I am feeling hungry right now, replace my order or give me a full refund. But they have only given me ** rupees even after * hours of calling.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
