Jet Airways India - less compensation given on boarding denied due to overbooking

on * sep ** ,i booked a flight ticket to go mumbai to lucknow (the journey date would be *oct **)by jet airways flight no S****, std **.** hrs . i got a conferm ticket which has pnr no qrjhls.
on *th oct ** i reached mumbai international airport. the automatic check in machine showed a massage contact counter as no seat available, all occupied. i contact the counter where staff told me that u cant board as flight is as per dgca rule overbooked , we r sorry. the gave me a regret letter(copy enclosed ) and told me to sign on a hand written voucher of compensation where amount is ***% of the basic fare . that amount was rs ****. i insist to show me the dgca rule regarding overbooking done by airlines and compensation . but all * staff members denied to show me that rule. .when i searched on internet i got the dgca rule regarding the overbooking . i was shocked to know it is ***% instead of ***% of basic fare(copy enclosed ). i showed my mobile and downloaded rule file to on duty staffs . all of * came one by one and had rough argument with me and denied to see the rule in my mobile and told me that they cant see or download the same dgca rule in their own mobile . i told them give me your whatsapp number or open bluetooth so that i can send u the rule file .
after wasting * hour with them finally i took handwritten compensation voucher and wrote a NOTE on it that they are forcing me to accept less compensation despite of dgca rule *.*.*,
this gave me mental harassment as all of them try to avoid me when i want to talk to them , they had baseless and disrespectful argument with me, didn't offer seat to sit for more than * hours , * staffs came one by one to handle the situation and left me with next one, didn't offer water to me for more than * hour.
i want my the remaining compensation Rs **** as well as rs *,**,*** for harassment and disrespectful bad behavior done with me .
