Due to covid positive I cancelled our Air ticket from ADI to patna (U*Z*HF Spice jet) after confirmation from spicejet customer that only *** rupees per customer will be debited as corporate fare and covid positive and same has beed deducted and given credit note of ***** rupees to me. After discussion with Happy fares they agree to refund only **** rupees instead of *****. If ***** paid by airline than ***** = **** (charges of Happy fares) ***** to be refund amount but they stated me ***** is penalty by airline. And we can refund only**** rupees. Credit note ,RTPCR report and conversation with customer have us.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

Booked * flight ticket from happyfares.in, ticket was cancelled and airline issued the refund of ****Rs for * tickets, happyfares only returning ***Rs out of it. This is clear fraud !
