Dear Voxya,
Please help me to get correct product from Lenskart. I have tried to contact customer care but they are behaving very badly. I want to say to Lenskart that I ordered a pair of specs on **th February ****. Since the frame was not of my size so I replaced it with another frame and to my surprise I was cheated. As I can see that in my replacement order ********** I got Blue cut essential lens but in my order **********, I paid extra money just for getting light weight and thin blue cut lens. I never expected this kind of forgery from Lenskart. Due to your cheating on lens I am suffering from serious headache after reading and studying.
Also the quality of frame you provided is worst. Its plastic is cracked and metal temple got loose in just six months. I request you to kindly provide me with new product having blue cut thin lens.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
