Lenskart Solutions Private Limited - Replacement is not being processed

I bought two specs one for me and the other one for my mother with power in both specs ,my mother's specs did not fit so i returned it and I got one exchange link to place new frame and agent told me he will add power to it but after I selected a frame same agent said they cannot add bifocal lens to that frame which is strange and then lenskart credited Rs**** instead of **** to my lenskart account now I cannot proceed to place new replacement order , lenskart promised to refund complete amount as store credit to my lenskart account so that o can place order again but this process is not yet completed .Now I am calling daily to check whether it's credited or not they are saying wait for ** hrs and this is frustrating me I am doing this since last * days it's too much I waited too long
