Iffalcon Tv - LED TV blinking issue

Hi Team,
I am from Hyderabad, Telangana.
Bought Iffalcon **" TV through FlipKart on last year as on **-Jun-****. For this TV, we found an issue on it which is blinking since December ****. We immediately, we logged a complaint to Iffalcon TV customer service number. The complaint ID: IN************. One engineer came and changed the power panel. But no luck. So, that engineer told that they wanted to replace with another new TV. After few months(in May ****), they brought another TV which was faulty one...so many lines and it was used one. After that so many times, sent email to them and logged the complaint again and again.
On *-Aug-****, they asked me raise new case for this issue as they didn't informed me before closing the first case. The new complaint ID: IN************-**. But no action on it. Contacted them though email, whatsapp and even through sms. But no luck.
Still they are not taking/picking up the call or any response.
