Iffalcon Tv - Display not working time backlight LED issue

I have bought TCL ** inches tv *.* year back. The display didn't work last August and we have got it replaced (paid) by raising request to TCL customer care.
Again in * months time, we have facing the same issue, display not working. Chasing the same service person for the past * months, still they didn't take the TV for repair. Also filed a new case in TCL, it is getting cancelled automatically without getting a call from them.
Don't know why they are doing like this. Its been more than * months
