Iffalcon Tv - Damaged TV delivered

I purchased iffalcon **K** TV. After many calls, jeeves technician came and installed. TV worked just for few hrs and then after its not turning ON. I requested for return and replacement in flipkart app. Received Jeeves technician details. That's it - after that no status update and no solution. Am keep on trying flipkart and jeeves they are not caring at all. Am going to file the legal case next week on Jeeves and flipkart for making this fraud.
