Samsung - LED replacement

I bought LED from. Croma sector ** Panchkula, Haryana on **th Feb ****. It is showing display problem. The Samsung service engineer visited and told that it is due to damage done to panel. He is admitted that screen is spotless. Now he says that due to internal impact the panal is showing display problem. Panel needs to be replaced. It will cost us *****. The service engineer decision is considered to be final. There is absolutely no fault from our side the screen is spotless from outside . First he was telling that you must have done external damage unintentionally. But he agreed that seemingly there is no outside damage , he started telling that due to internal impact. We are senior citizens. Staying alone. How can we do internal damage to our own LED. It is under warranty period . What is the use of warranty.
