The led panel has an issue and there are lines on LED which is due to internal error,which company is claiming is due to a scratch on tv
The led is in warranty and outsourced mechanic is saying that the fault is not due to any scratch on Tv and fully due to some internal issue
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
