Lazypay - Lazypay Website and app not working from past 3 days how to make payment before due date

payment due date is **.**.**** and I have been trying to make payment from **.**.**. Their website and app is not working consistently due to technical issue. Have mailed wecare@lazypay.in along with the screen recording attached but haven't heard anything from them. Even after * days I am not able to make payment. They send the msgs with payment links but none of them are working. If I don't pay then it will affect my CIBIL score and also will have to pay late fee when I am clearly not at fault here. I have never seen any financial company's website and app not working for straight * days till today. check for yourself at www.lazypay.in
