Hi , i have ordered food on swiggy on **-Jan-****,the delivery was very late and * item was missing immediately I informed to swiggy they said that they will refund my money, afterwards in the delivered food biriyani was chilled and it gives some bad smell again i call and registered a complaint , swiggy accepted to refund the money , but for the past one month they keep on giving same answers that "Due to technical error we can refund your money" , we raised a refund aging will receive your money in * to * working day ,this the reason they gave to me for past one month
