My train number ***** which runs from Anand Vihar to Mau on */*/** was at **:** in the night but I received a message from the train that the train time has been changed to *:**, despite that I got the train at *:** in the morning but my destination which is Deoria Sadar is reaching with a delay of about ** hours. Due to this delay, I have suffered a lot. My PNR No. is **********. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
