Lazypay - Late payment fee more than actual amount used

The amount used from this application was around **** to **** rupees due to the pandemic heating and due to losing a job out of nowhere the application has started adding ** rupees per day as a late fee after negotiating they had in night to remove the total amount of interest that they had added but while making the payment they are added back again they are asking me to pay around **** whereas when I had lost spoken to one of thier agents they mentioned that I was liable to pay around **** to **** now the company is threatening to to do a legal action against me where as they are the ones who are charging me extra for the amount that I didn't even use from a food payment app I have been using this application since such a long time that they had given me e a credit limit of ****/- just because I was a regular customer who prepaid the amount at correct time but just because when I started to miss out on payment they started adding the late payment fee with exactly reached the credit limit that they had provided to me re have fraudulently right to you take money from me and h now threatening me me to take legal action against me. When I have passed them for the statement of the exact payments and the usage of the amount they have denied to provide me any statements and the only statement that they provide is the amount that they want me to pay.
