They promised me to deliver food in ** mins. After online payment and confirmation from the restaurant, they got late in food delivery. I ordered my food at **:**. At **:** it’s still showing preparing status. When I asked customer they turn the time to ** extra min of arrival time. Please find an attached image in which it is showing the current time, time of food ordered and delivery time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
