I have ordered food from swiggy. I have received the cold food after two hours. When I tried to complain and asked them to take back their food and initiate my refund they refused to initiate my refund. They also refused to share their organisation information with me to file a complaint against them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
